VITA In-Ceram YZ combines the proven technology of CEREC^® milling with the strength and vitality of
VITA all-ceramics.

VITA In-Ceram^® has been a leading all-ceramic restorative material for over 14 years, with extraordinarily successful long-term clinical results.

VITA In-Ceram for CEREC is milled from industrially-produced blocks. Combined with the latest ceramic developments, new VITA In-Ceram YZ material (Yttrium-stabilized Zirconia) results in all-ceramic substructures so strong (900 Mpa +) they have been dubbed "CERAMIC STEEL".

VITABLOCS Mark II® for Sirona inLab are made of fine-particle feldspar ceramic.

The fine structure of the Mark II ceramic and the industrial sintering process are the reasons for the good polishing properties and the excellent, enamel-like abrasion characteristics of restorations made of VITABLOCS Mark II.
They have as well a high degree of translucency, which guarantees excellent shade matching with the remaining natural tooth substance (clinical survival rate of 90% after 10 years).

All-ceramic anterior and posterior crowns are possible to produce as well as ceramic inlays, onlays, partial crowns and veneers.

IPS e.max CAD unites modern processing technology with a high-performance material. The lithium disilicate glass-ceramic is manufactured in an innovative technological process, unique in the dental industry.
The glass-ceramic is processed in a crystalline intermediate phase.
In this “soft” state, the material exhibits its unusual “bluish” color and strength of approximately 160 MPa.

VITABLOCS® TriLuxe for Sirona inLab® are manufactured from the VITABLOCS Mark II® and demonstrate wear characteristics corresponding to those of natural tooth substance.

Thanks to a special manufacturing process, VITA Zahnfabrik has succeeded in integrating three different degrees of color saturation (chroma), and hence three different degrees of translucency into one single VITABLOC TriLuxe. The fine-structure feldspar ceramic is kind to grinding instruments and is distinguished by its antagonist friendly abrasion characteristics that correspond to those of natural tooth substance in addition to its optimum light transmission properties and whitish fluorescence.

TriLuxe blocs are indicated for crowns in both the anterior and posterior regions.

These acrylic blocks for milling casting models for the fabrication of metal crown and bridge substructures burn out without leaving any residue. Compared to structures made from modelling wax, CAD-Waxx Blocks offer increased strength and rigidity for milled structures. The milled molds can be simply combined with casting wax or prefabricated patterns used in casting techniques. The blocks are available in a size of 14 x 15 x 40 mm.
